He showed his willingness and enthusiasm early on in the proceedings by being prepared, at very short notice, to show us, and our family, properties in the Village, just before Christmas, when our son, from Queensland, and ourselves, from Adelaide, had gathered with our daughter, who lives in Wollongong.
