About Alana Bartlett
It’s not hard to see where Alana Bartlett gets her mix of optimism, gratitude, and pride in her husband Tim it comes from knowing they’ve built something special together and that the business continues to grow and evolve.
Alongside her work as a school teacher and mother of four, Alana has always had a keen interest in real estate. “I’ve always loved homes, renovation shows, design ideas. I just enjoy seeing how people make spaces work for them.”
Within Bartlett & Co Property, Alana plays a vital role in administration, accounts, wages, marketing, and social media. Just as importantly, she is also the sounding board behind the business.
“Sometimes it’s not about giving advice, but about talking things through. Every decision, every negotiation, it helps to have someone to bounce ideas off,” she explains.
