Tim Bartlett lives and breathes Illawarra real estate. Since launching his career in 1990, he’s guided thousands of locals through changing markets, from 17% interest rates to the digital age.

Known for his warmth, integrity, and deep knowledge of the Wollongong property market, Tim takes a hands-on approach to every sale. You won’t be handed off to an assistant. Tim personally manages every open home, every negotiation, and every vendor relationship.
